"The Confucius Institute at the University of Ghana (CIUG), established to promote Chinese language and culture, has greatly benefited me. I am Dela Deh, a graduate of the University of Ghana with a bachelor's degree in History and Chinese, and CIUG has been central to my improvement in spoken Chinese. Before discovering CIUG, I studied Chinese without practical speaking opportunities and could not assess my fluency.
